Dawson has three years of coaching experience as an assistant coach at Virago, where he now serves as Beach Club Director. He specializes in developing hitters, blockers and beach volleyball fundamentals, with experience working with middle and pin hitters.
His patient, calm and detail-oriented coaching style emphasizes strong technique and fundamentals to help athletes of all ages and skill levels grow their game.
