Deidra Rader

Deidra hails from Tulsa and is the head coach of Lincoln Christian School Volleyball, where her teams have won four State Championships. She was a Union High School All-State player, is a Union Athletics Hall of Famer and was a college letter-winner. Deidra is married to Daniel and is a mom of three.

Her first head coaching job was in Nansemond River, Virginia, when Daniel was stationed at Naval Station Norfolk. After moving back to Oklahoma she became head coach at Moore, where she led the program to its highest season win record and fell just one match win short of the 6A State Tournament.

Deidra is also involved in the club volleyball world: before returning home to OK Charge, she coached at Ultimate for two years, ClubONE for six years and Charge in Oklahoma City for two seasons, and earlier she coached for two years at Coastal Virginia Volleyball Club, where her 13s team won the Regional Tournament to advance to USA Volleyball Nationals.

Three of her 11s teams have earned bids to USA Volleyball Nationals, and she loves training the fundamentals for that age group.

Deidra has coached over 30 athletes who went on to play in college, holds USA Volleyball’s CAP 1 coaching certification, and is a Positive Performance Mental Training Coach and Visualization Specialist.
