How it works
For many families, volleyball can feel like a choice between the high commitment of club volleyball and having no regular place to train or play. Foundations offers a third alternative: consistent training once a week, with peers and room to keep improving.
Each offering meets once a week for 4 to 12 weeks, depending on location. Its listing on our booking page shows the dates, length, age group and price.

A third alternative for volleyball
Regular training and room to grow with peers your own age, with a commitment that leaves space for life beyond volleyball.
Age first, then skill
Athletes are grouped by age, then by skill level, so the instruction fits where they are. Each class listing shows its age group, and groups vary by location.
New or experienced
A first contact with the ball, or sharpening a skill you already use. Foundations welcomes both.
Learn through play, together
Repetition, feedback and play in a positive group, so athletes get comfortable using a skill with others.
Who it fits
Foundations fits athletes aged 7 to 18 who want to learn, practice and grow with peers, from first-timers to experienced players.
