About this site

This website is operated by Hurlburt, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company doing business as The Volleyball Institute (“TVI,” “we”). By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

The site describes our training, Trainers and locations and helps you find the right fit. You can’t create an account, book or pay here.

Booking and payment happen on our booking page

All bookings, schedules and payments run on our booking page, which SportsEngine Motion operates. We don’t own or run it. When you tap a booking button, you leave this site, and SportsEngine Motion’s own terms govern your account and checkout.

Before you book, you agree to TVI’s policies on the booking page, including the Cancellation and Refund Policy. Those signed agreements control if anything here differs.

Prices, schedules and availability

We show dates, times and which Trainers have listings as a convenience, copied from our booking page. Our booking page is always the final word, and it’s where exact prices and availability live: any price shown here is a typical range taken from it. Not every program, Trainer or format runs at every location or at all times, and some areas appear here only so you can tell us you’re interested.

Cancellations and refunds, in short

More than 24 hours before

A card refund, less a non-refundable 3.5% processing fee, or account credit with no fee that never expires.

24 hours or less before

No refund, credit or change.

If TVI or your Trainer cancels

A full refund with no fee, or credit if you’d rather.

Cancel more than 24 hours before a session for a card refund, less a non-refundable 3.5% processing fee, or account credit with no fee that never expires. At 24 hours or less, there’s no refund, credit or change. If TVI or your Trainer cancels, you get a full refund with no fee. There is no free trial session.

Using this site

Please use the site the way it’s meant to be used. Don’t send false information or spam through our forms, try to break or overload the site, or copy its content or Trainer details in bulk for commercial use.

What you send us

When you send a form, please tell us the truth. Only send information about someone else, such as your athlete, if you’re their parent or guardian or have their permission. Our Privacy page explains how we handle it.

Sending a form is not a booking and doesn’t reserve a spot, a Trainer or a job. We’ll reply, but we can’t promise every request leads to training or work.

No promise of results

Good training helps athletes improve, but every athlete is different. We don’t promise any particular result, such as making a team, earning a position or a scholarship, or reaching a level.

Trainer bios, family quotes and reviews describe real people’s backgrounds and experiences. They aren’t guarantees of what your athlete will experience.

Accuracy

We work to keep this site accurate but can’t promise everything is complete or current. If you spot a mistake, tell us at [email protected].

Our content

Our name, logos, photos, video and writing belong to TVI or are used with permission. You may view and share them for personal, non-commercial use, but not copy or republish them commercially without our written permission.

Other sites

This site links to other services, mainly our booking page, and also Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google reviews, Ankored and our apparel store. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
