How it works
Team practices have a lot to accomplish for a whole roster. Large groups and team‑first priorities can leave essential individual skills and concepts short on time. Our Mini‑Group curricula are designed to target those gaps, with focused reps and feedback athletes can bring back to their teams.
Classes are built around four standard focuses: Setters, Serve & Pass, Outsides & Opposites, and Liberos & Defense. Each class is set for a skill level or age group. Check our booking page for what’s running near you, with times and prices.

What the levels mean
A class name ends in its level. Pick the one that fits your athlete.
- Advanced
- Athletes who are considered some of the very best in the area at their position, such as high school athletes on the top team for their age group at their club, or varsity starters at their school.
- Intermediate
- Athletes who have club experience playing their position but would not necessarily qualify for Advanced, such as experienced athletes who are not on the top team for their age group at their club.
- Beginner
- Athletes who are fairly new to volleyball, with minimal to no club experience.
These levels are not meant to make anyone feel better or worse than anyone else, and they are inherently vague. If your athlete signs up for a different level than the one that fits, that is OK. Not sure which level to choose, or want an exception? Ask your Hub.
Additional classes by location
Each location names its own classes, some classes combine two focuses, and some locations run other groups, like Blocking or All-Skills. Check your Hub’s classes on our booking page.

Focused work on a skill or position
Join a scheduled class built around a particular skill or position, with repetition and attention to technical detail.
Reps that count
Repeated practice gives athletes room to work on a skill detail. The class focus may be a position, a specific skill, or both.
Athletes at your level
Each class is set for a skill level or age group, so athletes practice with others working on similar parts of the game.
A spot in a scheduled session
Choose a listed class and register for one spot; you do not need to assemble your own group. (Bringing your own group of 3 to 6 is a custom mini-group, booked as Private Training.)
What families say
