Siera is a former Division I volleyball player at Winthrop University with 18 years of coaching experience. As a middle and right-side hitter at Winthrop, she helped lead her team to three conference championships and three NCAA Tournament appearances, competing at the highest collegiate level.

Siera has served as a head coach at multiple schools and coached for several club volleyball programs, including OK Charge Volleyball Club. She has experience coaching girls ages 11 to 18, boys volleyball, and athletes of varying skill levels.

Passionate about athlete development, Siera focuses on building strong fundamentals, volleyball IQ, confidence and a competitive mindset. In addition to team coaching, she offers private lessons designed to help athletes elevate their skills and reach their full potential on and off the court.
