Welcome, parents! This page is your one-stop shop to find everything you need to navigate the world of youth volleyball!

For the Parents: What to Say When…

  • Your athlete does not feel valued / supported by coach

  • Your athlete is not happy with team placement / position change and comes home from practices upset on a frequent basis

  • Your athlete is seeing other athletes commit to college programs on social media and become frustrated

Join TVI Recruiting Coaches Jill Paluch and Carli Weiler as they interview Carson Fields. Carson obtained her masters in sport and performance psychology and currently works as a Certified Mental Performance Consultant. Carson works closely with performers to unlock their true potential. She utilizes her own athletic experience and psychology background to provide mental skills training. Through meaningful conversations and exercises, clients learn to align who they want to be with what they are doing. Carson supports and guides individuals and teams to be the best they can be. Carson believes that we are what we think. We all have a mind, so it's important we take the time to understand and utilize our thoughts to work for us not against us.
