Mini-Group Volleyball Training

Our Mini-Group Volleyball Training is designed to provide athletes the opportunity to experience the same great training they would get in private training — all without having to compete for scheduling availability and at a cheaper price tag. Each group session will have a large amount of repetition volume, while still prioritizing technical details and focus.

With a smaller athlete-to-coach ratio than our popular Small Group training, our Mini-Group training is the perfect blend of individual attention without having to worry about competing for limited scheduling availability. Plus, Mini-Groups are split up by skill level — which creates a training environment that benefits from some ‘positive peer-pressure’ as athletes learn from and ‘compete’ against their skill-level peers.

What skill level am I?

Advanced

Athletes registering for an ‘Advanced’ Mini-Group would be athletes who are considered some of the very best in the area at their position. Here are a few examples:

  • High school athletes who are on the ‘top’ team for their age-group at their club; or

  • High school athletes who are varsity starters at their school

Intermediate

Athletes registering for an ‘Intermediate’ Mini-Group would be athletes who have club experience playing their position, but would not necessarily qualify for the ‘Advanced’ skill level. Here are a few examples:

  • Athletes who are experienced but are not on the ‘top’ team for their age-group at their club

Beginner

Athletes registering for a ‘Beginner’ Mini-Group would be athletes who are fairly new to volleyball with minimal to no club experience.

Please note that these skill levels are not meant to make anyone feel better/worse than anyone else and inherently vague. We will absolutely have situations where someone registers for the ‘wrong’ skill level. When this happens, everything will be OK!

If you are not sure what level your athlete should register for, or if you’d like an exception to be made, please email us!
