We at The Volleyball Institute believe that an athlete’s recruiting journey can be an enjoyable one — with incredible opportunities for growth and learning along the way. And we have seen this with our clients time and time again.
With the guidance of our skilled Recruiting Coaches and our step-by-step system, our athletes not only feel in control of their recruiting process, but are challenged to learn more about what will be expected of them once they step foot on campus.

Our TVI Recruiting Services are offered in the form of a monthly, cancel-any-time membership. Athletes who join our program will enjoy the advantages of the following benefits and more!
Highlight Videos
Tired of worrying about completing your next highlight video or better yet, paying an extra fee? Look no further! TVI’s monthly fee includes 1-2 highlight videos per month created by your assigned Recruiting Coach! Just hand over your Hudl login information and we will take it from there!
Monthly Outreach Plans
Some say defense wins championships, but we like to stay on offense. Our athletes head into each month with an outreach plan carefully created by their Recruiting Coach. This proactive approach keeps our athletes on task while lowering stress levels.
Mock Phone Calls
Video or voice calls are some of the most impactful ways to make an impression with a college coach. We guide our athletes through the dos and donts of calls with coaches to maximize confidence and minimize stress.
Summer Camp/Campus Visit Protocols
Being invited to a summer camp or campus visit is very exciting. But there are specific things that athletes will want to do or not do during these experiences. Our coaches guide each athlete on how to plan out your summer camp schedule, what to expect on a visit and much more!
School Target Lists
Each athlete’s baseline list is handpicked by their Recruiting Coach to ensure the schools included have a need for the athlete’s position and are appropriate targets based on the athlete’s current and projected skill level. Moving forward, our athlete’s target lists change sometimes daily based on new leads, commitments and coaching updates tracked by our team for college programs nationwide.

Our System
Unlike other recruiting services, The Volleyball Institute does not “sell” families on the idea that we will be the primary source of communication between athletes and coaches. Our recruiting coaches wear many hats while guiding families throughout this process including educator, guide, highlight video editor, and many more, allowing the athlete direct communication with college coaches.
Our Values
The recruiting process, like any process, has the potential to bring unwanted and unnecessary stress to an already stressful high school volleyball experience. Between player ranking lists and the constant scrolling of social media commitment posts, it’s easy to get caught up in the hype of seeking and receiving attention from college coaches. At The Volleyball Institute, we prioritize what is really important when it comes to finding the right fit in a college volleyball program and that is building genuine relationships to determine the best fit in a college volleyball program.
Our Fees
At The Volleyball Institute, we believe everyone should have access to a quality recruiting coach. Most recruiting programs charge an initial fee ranging from $1,600-$5,000 plus a monthly fee of at least $100. To help our families cut as many costs as possible, we do not charge an initial fee and our monthly fee includes a highlight video. In total, our families pay anywhere from $60.00 - $279 per month for different service packages.
Recruiting Consultations
Not ready to commit to a monthly package? We get it! We are now offering 30-minute recruiting consultations a la carte for $75.00 per session.
