Cancellation Policy

At The Volleyball Institute, we aim to strike a delicate balance between flexibility for our clients and the protection of our trainers' valuable time and effort

Our Policy

  • Appointments canceled within 24 hours or less will be subject to the full appointment charge. This ensures our trainers are compensated for their time and preparation. Please note that this applies to all appointment types.

  • Cancellations initiated by The Volleyball Institute will not incur any charges.

Refund Update for 2025

  • Starting in 2025, a 3% transaction fee will apply to all cancellations made by families. This fee is non-refundable and reflects the cost we incur for processing these changes. While we have absorbed this fee in the past, applying it to cancellations allows us to continue growing without raising the cost of our services.
