Cancellation Policy

At The Volleyball Institute, we aim to strike a delicate balance between flexibility for our clients and the protection of our trainers' valuable time and effort

Our Policy

  • Appointments canceled within 24 hours or less will be subject to the full appointment charge. This ensures our trainers are compensated for their time and preparation. Please note that this applies to all appointment types.

  • Cancellations initiated by The Volleyball Institute will not incur any charges.

  • A 3% transaction fee applies to all cancellations made by families. This fee is non-refundable and reflects the cost we incur for processing these changes.

  • Mishawaka / South Bend Only: Due to Mishawaka Fieldhouse’s nonrefundable court policy, court fees cannot be refunded once booked. Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the lesson are eligible for a refund of the trainer’s rate only (rates vary by trainer). Lessons cancelled within 24 hours are not eligible for refunds.
