Serving Small Groups
-
The Serving Small Group is designed for athletes focused on developing consistent, aggressive, and strategic serving. A strong server brings more than just power—they demonstrate solid fundamentals, including proper standing position, sharp court awareness, clean footwork, and high-quality hand contact. They also possess the ability to hit targeted zones and make smart serving decisions based on in-game situations.
At TVI, our small group trainers provide detailed, high-repetition training that helps athletes refine their serving mechanics while building confidence and consistency from the end line. The ultimate goal is carryover—helping athletes apply these skills under pressure in a competitive team environment.
