Vertical Jump Bootcamp
It’s hard to argue that there is a single physical ability more important to success in volleyball than jumping well. Knowing this, our Vertical Jump Bootcamp is designed around increasing your vertical jump in a high-energy, fun training atmosphere. Athletes will work hard for 45 minutes doing a combination of plyometric, strength, speed, and technical work.

Upper Body Strength Program
Regardless of your position, the ability to control the ball well at a high level often depends on upper body strength. Hit harder, set longer distances with better precision, control the pass better, and get more commanding blocks. Athletes will work hard for 45 minutes doing a combination of strength, speed, and technical work.

To get started, you can schedule a 1-on-1, 2-on-1, or small-group training session with some of our exceptional trainers.
