Join us for a quick 45-minute workout that targets strength, power, technique, and explosiveness — all key factors in boosting your vertical jump. With consistency, you'll see major improvements and increased confidence.

*Coach Amanda will also be running an attacking mini group for girls right before the sessions, and there will also be an attacking small group right after, giving you the opportunity to build your skills PLUS your strength and agility all in one trip. Spots for the mini groups are extremely limited!

    Knowing this, our Vertical Jump Bootcamp is designed around increasing your vertical jump in a high-energy, fun training atmosphere.

    Athletes will work hard for 45 minutes doing a combination of plyometric, strength, speed, and technical work.
