Joe Kelley

  • Coach Kelley, 33 years old, in my 7th year of coaching. I attended Willowbrook High School in Villa Park, IL, before going on to Robert Morris University - Illinois (NAIA). Throughout my career, I have played every position at one point or another. As a freshman in college, I was named Defensive Player of the Year for my team as a Libero, and I followed that up with an All-Conference Honorable Mention as a Middle Blocker in my sophomore year. I also played soccer during these years, including a professional indoor stint in Seattle for one season in the MASL before returning to pursue a business career. Currently, I serve as the Assistant Coach for the Men's team at the Illinois Institute of Technology, as well as the Varsity Head Coach for both the boys’ and girls’ teams at Zion-Benton Township High School. I have previously worked with 630 Volleyball, Top Flight Volleyball Club, Willowbrook High School, and Fort Valley State University. I take great pride in helping players unlock their true potential, focusing on both technique correction and the mental aspects of the game.

  • I believe in coaching someone for a lifetime! There are numerous former athletes that I stay connected with throughout their journeys in both life and sports! As a coach, I feel responsible for any player that I've trained no matter where they currently play. I want all of my players to know that this is a family, and I will always be the proud dad watching you as you grow in life!
