I discovered my love for volleyball in elementary school during the 5th grade. After completing elementary school, I enrolled in Seoul, Korea Sports Junior and High School to pursue my passion for volleyball. Subsequently, I attended Illinois State University, where I played as a setter and served as a student/graduate volleyball assistant coach for three years.

In my senior year, our team achieved a notable 12th place ranking in the nation in Division 1. Currently, I work as a Physical Education teacher at St. Johnberchmans School in Chicago.

ISU - Student/Graduate Assistant Coach (3 years).

Sky High VBC (5 years).

Wildcat Juniors VBC lead trainer and head coach (14 years).

European Global Challenge Midwest College team Assistant Coach in Pula, Croatia (2015).

Present - MOD VBC Elite Program Coach.
