Ellie grew up on the south side of Chicago, where she attended Marist High School and played four years of volleyball. She spent her entire club career at Michio, beginning at age 12. She then went on to play four years of Division I volleyball at the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay as a middle blocker. Most recently, she coached at Lyons Township High School at the freshman B level.

My private lessons are centered around what each athlete wants to improve, ensuring that every session is personalized and purposeful. I focus on providing as much meaningful feedback as possible while emphasizing quality, intentional reps over quantity. My goal is to help athletes truly understand what they’re doing, not just how to do it, so they can recognize mistakes, make adjustments, and build confidence in their own development. Above all, I value building genuine connections with each player. I believe in being open, honest, and encouraging, creating an environment where athletes feel supported, challenged, and motivated to grow both on and off the court.
