As a coach, I tailor each training session to the needs of the specific player(s). This allows me to maximize potential training impact with the limited time available. I believe it is important to help players set a training goal for the session, but also put larger goals in place as they develop over the season. In my own athletic journey, I have come to realize the significance of growing my confidence. Not only will players walk out my sessions with skill development, they will leave more confident as a player than when they arrived.
