In 2024, Tom will enter his 18th year of coaching, with experience at all levels:
Played four years at Neuqua Valley High School
Played two years at the College of DuPage
Spent his first 6 years coaching at Naperville Volleyball Club. Followed by 8 years at Prime Time VBC in Champaign, IL. Before moving back to Naperville where he was the head trainer at Breaker VBC.
Varsity head coach at two different high school’s in Central Illinois (Arcola; Monticello).
Spent two years as the head women’s coach at Morton College (NJCAA). Holds the most wins by a first year head coach in program history. In his first season they were an Academic All-American team.
Spent the last two years as Girl’s Club Director at 630 (Serve City). Under his leadership the club grew from 16 (full season teams), to 18 (full season teams), to 22 in 2023/2024 before his departure.
Tom currently serves as the head women’s coach at Joliet Junior College (NJCAA).
Tom has dedicated his entire adult life to treating athletes with respect and helping them achieve their goals.
