Girls 15+
Setters - bring your middles. Middles - bring your setters.
(You can also come on your own and jump in with other great setters and middles!)Be a force even when your team isn’t passing perfectly. This quick, one-hour session is focused on increasing your connection in a variety of situations.
If there is time, there will also be setter vs middle work so that setters get better at being deceptive, and middles get better at reading setters and blocking pin-to-pin.

Open to high school boys and girls
Liberos and Setters work together to synergistically improve at their own positions.
Liberos will get high-quality reps in controlled free ball situations (including how to optimize the pass for their setter in different situations), serve-receive, and defense, while setters get both slowed-down technique work and live setting.
-
Whether you want to work on serving, serve receive, defense, or some combination of all of the above, this is your time.
Serving: find your “confident consistent mode”, as well as building your strongest “attack mode” serve. And importantly, learn about when to use each. (This includes short serves as well)
Serve Receive: Identify server tendencies, increase your range (how much of the court you can confidently cover), and refine your touch.
Defense: Get better at reading and integrating defense into your whole game (AKA switching into “defense mode” quickly after serving, covering, etc.
-
In the real world, attacking and blocking rarely happen without the other. So this session trains attackers to be potent against a blocker who is actively trying to read and stop them, and trains blockers to be clean against hitters actively trying to hit around (or even tool) them.
Use this quick, one-hour session to improve your attacking, blocking, or both.

Middle School boys and girls of all levels
Volleyball is one of the fastest growing sports in the country, and building great foundations (while loving the sport and building confidence in general) is one of the best things ways to set yourself up for success on and off the court.
We will touch on each skill individually as well as combine skills for lots of fun game-play, so athletes walk away from spring break at a whole new level!
