Being able to serve and to receive the serve are the two most important skills in the game of volleyball.
Why? Well, if you can’t serve and you can’t receive the serve, it doesn’t matter how well you can set, hit, block, dig, or anything else. These are the first contacts that each team gets to make in any rally, and doing them well sets you up for success.
Come join us for tons of disciplined, focused serving and passing reps. Sessions are lead by our top coaches and are designed to optimize technical and tactical ability, all while increasing the athlete’s Volleyball IQ.
