No other position plays the game quite like the middles — having to move both left and right to block and having to attack at ultra-fast speeds.

Our Middles Group is perfect to get into the nitty gritty of what makes a Middle Blocker great at their job, and provides the amount of repetition to transfer that learning into habit.

Sessions are lead by our top coaches and are designed to optimize technical and tactical ability, all while increasing the athlete’s Volleyball IQ.
