I emphasize the importance of communication and energy. As a libero I strive to be the main vocal leader as well as keeping the glue for the team. I will always encourage the athletes to do the same and show their personality. As a coach I am all about building confidence for the athlete and also listening to their style of play, as well as coaching each athlete a little different based on their experience! The most important reason I want to coach athletes is that there is always a way to accomplish your goals and having fun while doing it!
