Dan Dowjotas

  • Dan played for St. Ambrose University and is a three-time first team All-American (2010, 2011, 2012). He was named the American Volleyball Coaches Association NAIA National Player of the Year in 2012. He was a two-time Mid-America Men’s Volleyball Intercollegiate Conference (MAMVIC) Player of the Year (2011, 2012), the league’s freshman of the year in 2009, and a three-time first team all-conference pick. Dowjotas, a 2012 graduate, holds the school record with 1,652 career kills. He is the only player in St. Ambrose history to record three season of at least 400 kills.

    He has 12 years of experience coaching club and 5 years experience as a Varsity coach at the high school level.
