Beginners Group

  • Everyone has to start somewhere, and we hope that you choose to start here with us!

    Our Beginner groups are designed for athletes with little-to-no formal volleyball training and are all about the basics.

    Athletes will learn the fundamentals of passing, setting, hitting, blocking, serving, and digging — all while being encouraged to take ‘risks’ and try new things.

    Training will be heavily ‘game’ focused to ensure that the athlete’s first experiences with volleyball are full of fun and laughter, but without sacrificing great, high-level coaching.
