Austin brings a ton of volleyball experience as a player and as a coach. Austin played outside hitter and right side hitter at the NCAA Division 1 volleyball program of Indiana-Purdue Fort Wayne (Now known as Purdue Fort Wayne). Austin graduated from IPFW with the 4th best career reception percentage in program history. Post graduating in 2019 Austin worked as a volunteer assistant coach at Indiana Tech and North Central College.

He spent the last year playing volleyball for the Chicago Untouchables in the NVA, and will be playing his next season in the VLA for the 630 Buddy Bears.

Austin is very passionate about sharing the knowledge and insights he has gained as a coach and as a player to the next generation of players.
