Trent Weber

  • Trent Weber, a volleyball coach and former student-athlete, is dedicated to developing players at all levels. A 2022 graduate of Concordia University Chicago (CUC) with a degree in Sport Management and a minor in Coaching, he was a setter for CUC's men’s volleyball team, where he recorded 1,097 assists, 21 service aces, and 326 digs and earned two NACC Honorable Mentions. In high school, he was a standout at Glenbard North, receiving several conference- and state-wide recognitions.

    Trent is currently the Head Girls Sophomore Coach at Hinsdale Central High School and formerly coached the Boys Freshman A Team there. He has also achieved success coaching at 630 Volleyball Club and now serves as Head Coach at Sports Performance Volleyball Club. In 2024, he returned to CUC as part of the men’s volleyball coaching staff, where he brings his player-centric approach and deep volleyball knowledge to help shape the next generation of student-athletes

  • Following my collegiate career and studies in coaching, I knew that coaching and training athletes would be the perfect fit for me.

    It is important to me that in every athlete I train, we identify their areas for improvement, break them down, and turn those weaknesses into strengths. My objective in every training session is to help each athlete improve and refine their skills and give them confidence using those skills in a game situation.
