"I am a big proponent of the coaching style athlete-centered. This means I am adapting my coaching to the needs of the athlete I am working with at that moment. Every athlete I may have to coach a little different compared to the next one and I love that! It helps build a trusting relationship that can instill confidence within the athlete. When the athlete feels like they are listened to, it brings a sense of belonging which is very important to me. I want every athlete I work with to feel valued and help them accomplish THEIR goals!" — Tom GIlbert
