  • Open to boys and girls

    Liberos and Setters work together to synergistically improve at their own positions.

    Liberos will get two hours of high-quality reps in controlled free ball situations, serve-receive, and defense, while setters get both slowed-down technique work and live setting.

  • Open to boys and girls

    We will work on improving:

    • Setting technique (hands, posture, footwork, squaring, jump setting, etc)

    • Set location on a variety of passes and serves

    • Setting out of defense, blocking, and serve receive

    • And more :)

  • Improve your serving, passing, setting, attacking, blocking, digging, and everything in-between!
