Lily currently plays Division 2 Volleyball, as a setter, at University of Wisconsin-Parkside, the only Division 2 in the state of Wisconsin.

She has played volleyball for 11 years, spending her club years at Club 1 Volleyball in Plainfield and graduating high school from Joliet Catholic Academy.

I believe it is not just about volleyball when coaching but also about building up the player as a person. This included but is not limited to the confidence, mental health, and overall well-being of the player. In addition, every athlete is different and can handle different ways of coaching and I think learning those different coaching skills for every athlete is a very important aspect of being a great coach!
