  • My primary goal is to encourage my athletes to enjoy everything that comes with the journey. Growth comes not only from our success but also from our failures, as identifying our failures fosters opportunities for improvement. I always ensure that the athlete is my primary focus and that I am doing everything I can to help them improve and be confident in their skills. I encourage my athletes to take ownership of their development. When athletes can recognize their mistakes, they become a lot more confident players and grow not only in their IQ, but also in their skills. My goal is to guide them through that process, while pushing them to be the best version of themselves.
